Return Policy

  1. Returns: Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All returns are subject to a mandatory 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

  2. Defective Products: Returns due to manufacturing faults require proof in the form of video or images submitted within 5 business days of receipt. Maxtar Lighting covers return shipping costs within 14 days or offers a replacement at no extra charge. The 20% restocking fee does not apply to returns confirmed to have manufacturing defects.

  3. Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to PO Boxes or AFO addresses.

  4. Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice or order confirmation is required for all returns.

  5. Non-Returnable Items: Transformers are not eligible for return or exchange.

  6. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon approval of the return. Processing times may vary based on your financial institution.

  7. Warranty Claims: Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s policy, with Maxtar Lighting acting as the intermediary.

  8. Return Conditions: Returned products must be in original condition, including all packaging, accessories, manuals, and promotional items. Products returned missing any components may be rejected or incur additional charges.

  9. Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed, except if the product has not yet been picked up by the courier. Cancellation fees may apply. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.

  10. Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. If the issue persists, please contact us at [email protected] with your invoice and/or RA number.
